the room was spacious and had a comfy bed. the bathroom was clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. the service provided by the staff was friendly and efficient. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. I also enjoyed the beautiful interior of the hotel. the bar next door was a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

Setting not far from Montagu Square and convenient access to marylebone. Choosing for lunch Il Baretto, which is situated 900 feet away was a good idea. Nothing too much trouble. Food is excellent.

Spending Christmas in this lovely hotel was a great decision. The staff was really welcoming and professional, making us feel at home. We loved the fact that our room was cozy and comfortable with a gas fireplace already lit. The mini-bar offered a great selection of drinks and snacks, perfect for a Christmas night in. The dinner was amazing and caught us by surprise. We enjoyed a delicious meal with good wine. The atmosphere was fantastic and service was top-notch making it a perfect experience.
Although the experience at the hotel was amazing, the only downside was its location, as it was a bit far from the city center and tourist attractions. The hotel didn't offer any shuttle service, so we had to rely on public transportation or taxis which could be inconvenient at times.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the beautifully appointed loft suite, which had plenty of space for three people. the service provided by all staff members was exceptional. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and offered plenty of nearby dining options.
The food at the hotel's restaurant was underwhelming and overpriced, which was a bit disappointing. It left a bad taste in my mouth and detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
